Carolyn Rammel, Executive Director

Carolyn joined A Chance to Heal in August 2009 as executive director, coming from the consulting services organization Dunleavy & Associates. As a consultant, Ms. Rammel focused her energies on strategic planning engagements with numerous nonprofit clients. Prior to her nonprofit work, Ms. Rammel worked with Rosenbluth International, PNC Bank and The Vanguard Group. During her tenure with these organizations, Ms. Rammel successfully built relationships with domestic and international partners, while managing the day-to-day operations of many business units. Her breadth of corporate exposure provides insight across multiple industries, including but not limited to charitable organizations. A graduate of Denison University and The Agnes Irwin School, Ms. Rammel has strong roots in the Philadelphia area and a dedication to the mission of A Chance to Heal.

Kristin Hampton Wynn, Administrative Manager

Kristin joined A Chance to Heal in December, 2009 as the administrative manager. Before coming on board, Kristin developed a range of experiences as a bookkeeper and administrator in local businesses and nonprofits. Kristin worked her way through Abington Art Center, initially as the school administrator and ultimately, as the business administrator, where she successfully managed the financial operations of the organization. More recently, Kristin has worked as a bookkeeper for local construction, real estate and in-home care firms, and is now looking forward to directing her passion for organization towards helping to build A Chance to Heal. Kristin is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle and lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband and three children.

Kristen Snow, Program Director

Kristen joined A Chance to Heal in January, 2010 as the Program Director. She brings an array of nonprofit experience. Kristen began her professional career as an Event Marketing Representative for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where she oversaw many development initiatives throughout Florida. Most recently, Kristen was the Teen Coordinator for a youth center for children of military members on RAF Mildenhall base in England. She advised and coordinated Boys and Girls Clubs of America programs, including Keystone Club, Torch Club and the SMART Girls program, which seeks to promote healthy attitudes of girls. Kristen also has served as the Publicity Chairperson for the American Red Cross station on RAF Mildenhall. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma. Kristen is thrilled to be a part of the A Chance to Heal team, and looks forward to growing ACTH programs and increasing awareness.
